My Cake,

I’ve never been cheesy before but I guess writing this down here is one of the cheesiest thing that I’m about to do and will never regret doing. Honestly, I don’t know where to start.

So many things have changed since you came into my life. Even the way my mind works had changed at some point. There are things I used to stand up for that I gave up – because you’re already here. I used to believe that love is the biggest lie; that it’s the one thing that brings people to their knees; a curse the prevents people to succeed; that love does not really exist. It’s not because I’m bitter nor because I was hurt before. I simply find “love” as a burden rather than a gift.

Now, I stand corrected. It’s not you that changed how I see things – IT’S “US” that made me realize the real value of LOVE.

Everything now is more clear. I understand what a real relationship is all about and how true love makes a couple survive through it all. You’ve been with me through my darkest days and I’ve been with you when you feel like the world had turned its back you.

I wish I could write more but I know how much you dislike long letters. Hahahaha… I know you all too well but I never get tired of learning more. I’m also glad you understand my weirdness and you also never stop knowing more about me.

The message is simple – I love you, no one else, and that is forever.
