To Only Love I Remember,

Do you remember the first time I gave you a love letter, and you said I’m such an “old school” person? Do you remember the first time I held your hand, and I say “I will hold your hand till we see the last sunset in our life”? Do you remember the first kiss we had in the night at my place on my sofa? Do you remember the first movie we watched, is “maid in manhattan”.

I still remember all this even though its 7 years ago. Remember when we just got started people keep saying we are the most incompatible couple, you are the pretty, rebellious, playful student while I’m just a nerd. Friends say we won’t last, people hoping and praying we will break up and never get back. I admit our love has been a bumpy road there are many ups and downs, so many guys after you there are way better than me, but you choose to walk this road with me. We got so many bitter and sweet memories that can last me for life.

Sadly, our love had halt 4months ago. You choose to hide the truth, forcing me to make the most heartbreaking choice I ever made in my life. It was devastating. If the truth was told instead of a lie, it will not hurt this much. Since that day I know life is not easy for the both of us, tears in our eyes burns, heart breaks into million pieces. We know, inside us our love is so deep and we don’t know its depth until the moment of separation. Every breakup or sad love song seems to be describing us or how I feel. You ask me to wait for your changes but do you know the waiting is killing me inside out.

My girl, I love you of who you are. Remember the pendant I gave you when we break up, it engraved our story in it. I wish we can continue our love story. In life I know there’s lots of grief, but your love is my relief. There is a loveliness in you, that makes my darkest moment shine, and so I’ll wait, if wait I must, to be your valentine.
