Wow, almost 13 years I have loved you, and it feels like only a few months. So many people don’t believe in true love or soul mates, I was one of them, until my lips first met yours. To fall in love at 16 is easy, but to stay in love for more than a decade is next to impossible. We tried to sow our oats with others, but ours souls were drawn back to one another. We have been through so much, but our feelings have held strong. Now we are the parents of two beautiful children and our devotion has expanded to include them in the circle. Isn’t it amazing how the heart has an infinite amount of love? You don’t have to love one less in order to make room in your heart for another, I never thought I could feel my heart actually swell, but 5 years ago when our son was born it did. Then I was sure my heart was full, ready to overflow and not able to hold anymore, but I was wrong. Two years later our baby girl was born, and it grew once more. Now our family is complete, and I only can hope that our kids will one day feel for someone and receive from them the love that we feel for each other. I love you baby, here’s to 13 more wonderful years!
