I can’t walk down Queen Street without thinking about when we used to go to Thai Boxing together. I loved the class itself, but most of all, I loved going to the class with you. Some of my favourite memories from first year are from Thai Boxing nights: meeting you at Bloor, rushing to get to class in time…you’d get so pissed if I was late; Mexican food afterwards, cheap beers, huge enchiladas; you complaining that your underwear was freezing; falling asleep on your shoulder on the subway, you hated it, but you still let me use you as a pillow. It was our weekly tradition, and I will always treasure my memories of it…
