Henry Van Dyke:
“Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.”
We are tearing ropes we don’t want to tear,
And your breath is still on me even though you are gone,
I still love you,
I love you more than ever
More than when I first met you and more than the last day we spent together.
“Only in love are unity and duality not in conflict.”
Write Your Love Story
Everyone has a story to tell. In fact, most people delight in sharing the little things that happen to them daily. But, when it comes to undertaking something such as actually writing their own love story, most people balk at the idea. So imagine the surprise your partner will feel when you’ve taken the time to record the very significant part of your lives on paper. For ideas and tips, read on…
Where To Start
First compile all relevant information such as:
Next, you’ll need to sort the information chronologically, from the first event.
It’s much easier to put the story together when you write about each event memory on an index card. For quick reference, highlight what the event/memory was, and the date it happened on the top. Then, in as much detail as memory allows, write about what happened, including all your senses such as touch, sight, smell, etc.
Once you have all the events memories written, and in order. Start writing your love story. It will be a fairly easy job if you’ve done the steps above.
Creative Ideas For Your Story
It’s one thing to sit down and write your love story, it’s quite another to take the time to put creative effort into it. Some ideas couples have done range from video taping the story with pictures, to creating their own professionally bound book with pictures. The possibilities are truly endless. To help you get started, here are a few ideas:

Change is inevitable. Time heals all wounds. God is bigger than all of us.
It took three years to forgive you. Can you imagine being sixteen years old and falling in love with the one person you cannot have? To only have a taste of the one thing you so desperately want in this life? It was heart breaking. It took a long time for me to realize that God does not answer prayers at the expense of others. And that absence really does make the heart grow so much fonder.
Five years have passed and by some miracle, you ended up right back with me. A thousand prayers were finally answered the day you came back into my life. I love you now more than I ever could have imagined. I love the way you look at me. I love the way you hold me as I sleep. I love the way I still get dizzy drunk with love when you kiss me.

I was happy just to be your friend
But what happened to me?
Where did I make a mistake?
Sometimes I wonder if I didn´t understand wrong
Get twisted…great friendship with being in love
If it´s just that…It´ll end soon
But when the phone rings… will it be you?
What I am doing I stop doing
And if you´ve been for a long time without calling me
I make up an excuse to see you
What a fool! but I cannot avoid

The hearts of many divided into many more
still remain the whole of one. The one of
many and yet a singular one is the source of
love symbolized by the hearts of many and
yet still one. Being of one, the two hearts
of the many meet and in meeting reflect upon
each other identical image. Upon a
reciprocal reflection, the two recognize in
each other themselves and see in themselves
the source of love. The love they see is
much more than any love found within a
composite of form but is the source of that
form and any other form of the same nature.
Love, therefore, creates lovely form and in
that lovely form observes itself in the
lovely form of another. We, as composite
results of love, perpetuate love which in
turn reciprocates form. The one is our
love, shared with the love of all other
hearts, we are of one and thus are one.
“A hundred hearts would be too few
To carry all my love for you.”
